Sheriff?s report

Undersheriff Bob Paschke says the sheriff?s department has received a number of complaints involving people dumping trash, including large items such as freezers and other appliances, on rural roads and in wooded areas. Paschke said people dropping off garbage, if caught, face ?pretty good fines.? The latest complaint was called into the sheriff?s department last Thursday from a Road Commission employee who found garbage on Bolton Road, south of Clinton Lake Road. No names were found in the trash to identify a possible perpetrator.
