Onaway area has New Year Baby in Kaden Gerald Dean
Kaden Gerald Dean is the Outlook?s New Year?s Baby for 2004. Kaden Gerald was born January 21 at 7:38 a.m. at Cheboygan Memorial Hospital. He is the son of Preston and Lisa Dean of Millersburg, and the brother of three-year-old KayAnna. His grandparents are Kay Dempsey, Karen Dean, and Ron Pollard, all of Onaway.
His great-grandmothers are Ethyle Kirkendall of Millersburg, and Hazel McArthur of Onaway. He weighed eight pounds, three ounces, and was 20-1/8 inches long. The Deans will be the recipients of many fine prizes from Onaway area merchants. They will receive a pizza from Wood Winds, video rentals from Northern Lights Video, a savings bond from Citizens National Bank, newborn diapers from Tom?s IGA, and a pizza from the 211.
They also will receive a gift certificate from Painter Petroleum, a savings account at the Onaway Community Federal Credit Union, a gift certificate from Manzana?s Deli, a gift certificate from Sally?s Hairstyling, a gift from the Onaway Bar, and a one year subscription to the Onaway Outlook.
At the end of the year, the Outlook will follow up on Kaden?s life throughout the year before he relinquishes his title to the 2005 New Year?s Baby.
