Wertz Warriors to stop at Stoney Creek

Stoney Creek Restaurant and Lounge in Onaway will once again be hosting the Wertz Warriors snowmobile tour. Two events will lead up the to the Warriors riding in. On January 19 at 6 p.m., an auction will be held at Stoney Creek with donated items. There will be an admission charge/donation for the event. Anyone wishing to donate an item to the auction should drop it off at the restaurant or call them at 733-6941. Registration for the auction will begin at 5 p.m. that day.

On January 26 at 6 p.m., the restaurant will hold a Texas Hold ?Em card party. Registration for the event will begin at 5 p.m. and buy-in will be $60. The Wertz Warriors will be riding in on February 1. The exact time of their arrival remains unknown, as it is weather permitting. Those interested in seeing the warriors should call for more information as the date approaches.
