Julie LaBar is new Miss Rogers City

Julie LaBar, the daughter of Dana and Michelle LaBar, is the new Miss Rogers City, 2009, crowned at the Nautical City Queen’s Pageant Friday.

First runner-up is Logan Schuiteman and second runner-up is Brogan Brege. LaBar shared the talent award with Tayler Bannasch while Schuiteman won the coordination and evening gown awards.
