Henry A. Crooks Sr., 94, of Onaway, died on January 8, 2012 at Tendercare Health Center in Rogers City. Henry, the son of Clayton and Sylvia (DeRosia) Crooks, was born in Ocqueoc December 28, 1917.

Surviving are a son, Henry A. Crooks, Jr. “Husky” of Interlochen; daughters, Glee (Myles) Elowsky of Onaway, Charmaine (Tom) Douglas of Presque Isle and Angela Schmidt of Manistee; as well as, 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
