Michael Philip Andrzejewski

Michael Philip Andrzejewski, 96, of Posen passed away September 3, 2012 at home.

He was born August 28, 1916 in Krakow Township to Andrew and Julia (Kapcia) Andrzejewski.

On May 4, 1953 he married Sophie Margaret Wojtowicz at St. Casimir Catholic Church. Mr. Andrzejewski retired from the Presque Isle County Road Commission in 1978.

Michael is survived by his wife, Sophie; three children, Colleen (Kenneth) Smolinski of Posen, Roger (Connie Williams) Andrzejewski of Hillman and Audrey Andrzejewski of Haughton, Louisiana; four grandchildren, Jesse (Lacey) Smolinski, Shaun (Laura) Smolinski, Brandi (Adam) Weaber and Mysti Mann; four great-grandchildren, Makhenna Smolinski, Ellaure Smolinski, Izabella Haynes and Dusty Zajkowski; two sisters, Frances (Phil) Skowronek of Warren and Clara Przeslawski of Alpena; and a brother, Edward (Mary Ann) Andrzejewski of Traverse City.
