Mildred G. Materna
Mildred G. Materna, 97, a lifelong resident of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, died Thursday October 11, 2012 at Aspen Ridge Assisted Living in Gaylord where she had been residing for the last seven years.
Surviving are Millie’s daughter, Karlene (Gary) Crawford of Gaylord; sons, Terry (Bonnie) Materna of Onaway, Tony (Ann) Materna of Rockland, Massachusetts and Robert (Ann) Materna of Plymouth, Massachusetts; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, and one great- great-granddaughter. Millie was preceded in death by her husband, Carl; daughter, Sondra; sisters, Leona, Eleanor, Florence, and Helen; and a brother, Fred Ray.
