Optimist Club, chamber plan two holiday events
As the holiday season approaches the Rogers City Optimist Club is preparing for an annual event that helps kick off the holiday season in the community. The annual tree lighting is set for tonight (Nov. 27) at 6 p.m. at Westminster Park.
The Rogers City Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Light Up The City parade of lights this Friday, Nov. 29 beginning at 6 p.m. The parade will start at the Westminster Presbyterian Church and proceed down Third Street to Huron Avenue before turning to end at the Presque Isle County Historical Museum.
