Laura Rose Roeske, 87, of Rogers City, passed away November 30, 2013 at Rogers City Tendercare.

She was born November 5, 1926 in Moltke Township to John and Martha (Schaedig) Brege. Laura married Wallace Roeske June 18, 1949 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Moltke Township.

She is survived by her husband, Wallace of 64 years; five children, Pauline (David) Walker of Oxford, Victor (Patricia) Roeske of North Branch, Charlene (Steve) Miller of Concord, Ohio, Laurine (Ted) Domke of Wasilla, Alaska and Eric Roeske of Patchogue, New York; two granddaughters, Alison Roeske of Monrovia, California and Rachel Roeske of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina; two siblings, Betty Curtis of Ocqueoc and Eugene (Mayreen “Fritz”) Brege.

Friends may visit at the Beck Funeral Home Friday from 4 until 8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. through time of funeral at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Eric Voigt officiating.

Interment will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
