Funeral planned for Thursday at St. Casimir for Hincka brothers
Memorial visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 21 at the Beck Funeral Home in Rogers City for brothers Eugene and Henry Hincka. The funeral is set for Thursday, Jan. 22 at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Posen at 1 p.m. Visitation at St. Casimir will be Thursday from noon until time of mass.
Richard Strzelecki, 63 of Posen is charged with two counts of first degree homicide (murder in the first degree), two counts of homicide (felony murder) one count of home invasion and one count of felony firearm (weapons). He is charged in the deaths of the brothers who were found dead by Presque Isle County Sheriff’s Department deputies at the Hincka home Jan. 15 around 8 a.m. Strzelecki was taken into custody shortly after and was charged in the shootings.
Strzelecki is being held at the Presque Isle County Jail without bond.
A pre-trail date was set for Jan. 27 at 8:30 a.m. and the preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 3 at 11 a.m. in 89th District Court.
