Theodore “Ted” D. Urban Sr., 65, of Rogers City, passed away Friday morning January 9, 2015, at his seasonal home in Winter Haven, Florida.

Visitation will be (Today) Thursday January 22, from 11 am until the 1 pm Memorial Service at Hentkowski Funeral Home.
